Quick Update - More to Come

Its been a little while since our last tutorial posting, so I wanted to give you an update on what is going to come. We got a little off track as far as the tutorials we were pushing out each week, and we will be getting back on track within the next couple days. This is short and sweet, but I wanted to make sure you knew we were still sticking around for a while. If you have any questions, please feel free to leave them in the comments.

Its been a month, and we’re on our way!
Its only been a month since iDoTutorials opened (well, a little over a month), and everything has been going great so far. Currently we have ten tutorials, but we plan on adding more each week. With us being a fairly fresh site, we do need to figure out what direction we would like to go in. We realize many of you would like to see some tutorials on coding up the designs we do, and I plan on heading in that direction soon.

How Often We Have Tutorials
I thought I would go ahead and make a quick post about how often I plan on posting tutorials. At this point in time, I want to try to have at least one tutorial per week. I know this isn’t a significant amount, but to make quality tutorials, I like to spend some time on it. The next tutorial will be on creating another layout within Photoshop, and then I will be creating a tutorial on coding the Watercolor WordPress theme using dreamweaver and slicing in Photoshop. So be ready for the tutorials to come!

Where we plan on going
Want to go ahead and give a little more information on where I plan on taking this site, and what we will be focusing on providing. The majority of our tutorials will be based around interface, and web layout design. I have finally taken a look into screencasting, as I have always chose against it because of the lack of really good screencasting programs out there, but I found a light. I had never heard of ScreenFlow, and I believe that was the problem.

Welcome to iDoTutorials!
Welcome to the brand new iDoTutorials website. It is pretty straight forward as to what we do. We will be providing you with high quality video, and written tutorials for Adobe Photoshop, and then will branch out from there to other programs. We do not plan on writting the same old crappy tutorials you see on every other website, but will be focusing on quality and creating a stunning outcome. So stick around for the weeks to come, as we will be rolling out tutorials very soon!
